We understand that you may need to cancel your service or request a refund from time to time. This Cancellation & Refund Policy was created to explain how we handle such situations.
Policy on Cancellation
If you need to cancel your service, please give us at least 7 days’ notice with the proper reason. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that your service will be terminated immediately.
If you cancel your service before the end of your billing cycle, you will be charged for the remainder of that billing cycle.
Policy on Refunds
We understand that in some cases, people do not want to continue and want a refund.
We have a refund policy in place; if a client wishes to receive a refund, they must notify Vedhunt InfoTech Company before the work begins. If we have already begun the project and have expended resources on it, a refund is not possible because we cannot justify the service work.
We are eager to collaborate with them in order to make changes and improve their experience. However, we do not provide refunds for digital marketing services.
