By accessing our website www.vedhunt.com, using our services, or accessing the Vedhunt Client Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using any of our services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our website or services.
Vedhunt InfoTech is an Information Technology and Business Process Solutions provider operating under Indian law.
These Terms govern:
- The use of our website and digital platforms.
- The engagement of our services, including website/app development, digital marketing, automation, analytics, MIS reporting, and accounting-related solutions.
- Access to the Vedhunt Client Portal and any associated systems.
These Terms apply to all users — clients, visitors, employees, contractors, and partners — who access or use Vedhunt InfoTech’s resources.
By using this website, registering for services, or signing a project agreement, you acknowledge that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
- You are authorized to act on behalf of the entity you represent (if applicable).
- You consent to the collection and processing of data as per our Privacy Policy.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
Vedhunt InfoTech provides:
- Website & App Development
- Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
- Automation (SQL, Power BI, Python) and Data Analytics
- MIS & Reporting Services
- Accounting & Financial Analytics
- Business Process Optimization and Consultation
Each service may have its own scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms defined in a separate agreement or proposal.
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete project-related data, credentials, and documentation.
- Ensuring that shared information, files, and content do not infringe upon any intellectual property rights or laws.
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and client portal access.
- Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Complying with applicable laws, including data protection and privacy regulations.
Failure to cooperate or provide required inputs may result in project delays or additional charges.
- Ownership of Work:
- All source code, designs, documents, dashboards, and related deliverables created by Vedhunt InfoTech remain the company’s intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Upon payment completion, ownership of final deliverables (as per the agreement) transfers to the client, excluding pre-existing code, frameworks, or proprietary tools.
- Trademarks and Branding:
- Vedhunt InfoTech trademarks, logos, and brand assets cannot be used without prior written consent.
- Client Data:
- Client-provided content and data remain the property of the client.
- Vedhunt only uses such data to deliver services or as legally required.
Both Vedhunt InfoTech and the Client agree to:
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary, personal, and business data shared during the engagement.
- Use such information solely for the purpose of project execution.
- Prevent unauthorized access, duplication, or disclosure.
Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after the termination of the business relationship.
- Vedhunt InfoTech follows reasonable security practices and procedures under Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable Indian data protection laws.
- Sensitive or personal data is processed only for service delivery and managed with strict access controls.
- Vedhunt complies with client-specific data confidentiality requirements, NDAs, and international data transfer standards (GDPR-aligned where applicable).

- All fees and payment schedules are outlined in the respective service agreement or invoice.
- Payments are to be made as per agreed terms (advance, milestone, or monthly).
- Any delay in payment may result in service suspension or late payment charges.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST or otherwise), which shall be borne by the client.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed in accordance with the refund policy stated in the service contract.
Vedhunt InfoTech provides services on a best-effort and professional basis, without guaranteeing outcomes beyond the defined scope.
- We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% bug-free services.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, APIs, or client-side data errors.
- The client is responsible for reviewing and verifying deliverables before production deployment.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vedhunt InfoTech’s liability for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service within the last 6 months.
You agree not to:
- Use the website or client portal for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
- Upload or transmit viruses, scripts, or harmful code.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or other user accounts.
- Copy, modify, or distribute any Vedhunt proprietary content without permission.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension of access and potential legal action.
Vedhunt InfoTech reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate services if payments are overdue, data misuse is identified, or terms are violated.
- Terminate access to the Client Portal for inactive or non-compliant accounts.
Clients may also terminate engagements by providing written notice, as per project agreement terms.
Upon termination:
- Client data will be retained or deleted as per mutual agreement and legal requirements.
- Pending invoices must be cleared before final data handover.
Our solutions may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, AWS, Azure).
Vedhunt InfoTech is not responsible for:
- Service interruptions, data loss, or downtime caused by third-party providers.
- The content, policies, or performance of external links or applications.
Clients are encouraged to review third-party terms and policies independently.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vedhunt InfoTech and its employees, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
- Violation of intellectual property rights or misuse of the services.
- Submission of false, unlawful, or harmful content.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Vedhunt InfoTech shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, cyber incidents, or internet outages.
We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in business or law.
The updated version will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.
Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
